We will share some basic information (Email Address, Name, Current academic status) with the university you select during the sign-up process. Additionally, we will share recruitment information (Email Address, Name, Current academic status, Social media profile links, Gender, CV & work skills) with Vodafone Group Plc.

3. Purpose of the Processing of Your Data

The primary purpose of processing your personal data is to manage your participation in the Vodafone Campus Lab program. This includes evaluating your application, communicating with you regarding program updates, and facilitating your involvement in any related activities or events. Additionally, your data will be used to manage your automatic membership in the Vodafone Campus Lab alumni community, allowing you to stay connected with the program and benefit from alumni-specific opportunities and updates.

4. Personal Data Storage Time

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of your participation in the Vodafone Campus Lab program. Following the conclusion of the program, you will automatically join the Vodafone Campus Lab alumni community, unless you choose to disagree. Data related to alumni will be stored for a period of up to 2 years after you request its deletion. After these periods, your data will be deleted, unless there is a legal requirement to retain it for a longer duration.

5. Legitimation for the Processing of Your Data

The legal basis for processing your personal data is a contractual relationship established during the sign-up process and your explicit consent. This consent allows Fingal Asesoramiento Integral S.L. to manage your participation in the program and the alumni community, and to communicate with you regarding related opportunities, events, and updates.
